Clean, bright, transparent. Straw yellow with green iridescence.

Nose:

Anise, sipicy, with aromas of fennel, hay and green apple. With tropical fruit end of intenisdad medium and complex.

Boca:

Good attack on the palate, persistent, fat elegant, structured, full-bodied, fleshy. Herbal Touch (fresh grass), with a balance be-tween the alcohol and acidity Finish. It recalls the time.
